This place is so cute so simple their buffet on Saturdays AMAZING FOR THE PRICE AND THE FOOD! we also ate there when it wasn't buffet and omfg...I loveeee Indian food but this was its own thing of AWESOMENESS! Worth the price if you're craving some great heart and soul warming comforting yumminess.. their dessert that I forgot what it's called is amazing too!
Excellent flavors and very kind service. I was impressed with the selection of Indian food. When asked the spiciness level, it was spot on. I asked for 8 out of 10. The spiciness did not take away the flavors and also lingered after the meal. A wonderful sensation. I will be returning here more often.
By far this is the best Indian/Sri Lankan food in Michigan. Hats off to the cook because that food feels very homely made and made with love. Their lachha parantha is one of the best ever I have had in USA. So far I have tried chicken tikka masala, chicken curry and they are phenomenal!! On the veg curries even if you don't eat pumpkin I highly recommend the pumpkin curry with med spice over any other paneer dish. Also their eggplant curry is amazing!! If you are in Grand Rapids area or passing by, this place is a definite pit stop for a meal and you will end up ordering a carry out meal as well just as we did after finishing our lunch :D Yes their service could be on the slower side because they are making fresh food with no stale meat and veggies, it's worth the wait! Very friendly and polite I guess a family owned and run restaurant. It's a gem!!!
Fantastic! Really really delicious. Owner was friendly and helpful. We ordered beef curry and butter chicken. The naan was good but not great. Well will be back!
my search for the best indian food in the area is over. i was ready to try all the nearby options but i can stop my search. the dishes we tried were amazing. they have a clearly labeled vegetarian section. I called the business and was told they could make many of those options vegan. the person i spoke to on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. the vegetable biryani and the eggplant curry were AMAZING. they were both seasoned perfectly. both were so flavorful and full of umami. the biryani i've tried elsewhere paled in comparison. we also got the the chapati which is vegan. it was good but not as good as naan is. i can't stop raving about this meal. i'll be dreaming of the eggplant curry and the biryani until i get it again.
